The Master bedroom is en suite and has a king size bed with two mattresses which are normally zipped together. [2]

The Blue bedroom (shown left) has a bathroom immediately adjacent, and has two separate beds which may or may not be zipped together as sleeping arrangements dictate. [2]

The River bedroom shares a bathroom with the adjacent Beech bedroom. The River bedroom has two separate beds which may or may not be zipped together as sleeping arrangements dictate. [2]

There is also one small single bedroom that has one bed and is immediately adjacent to the Master bedroom; it is really only suitable for infants or children. [1]

Furthermore, the first floor has two attic bedrooms of which one has two single beds and the other a single bed. Again, these are most suited to children, but can be used by adults 'at a pinch'. [3]

The main Garden bedroom [3] has one double bed and a single bed, and shares a bathroom on the top floor with another double-bedded room: Magnolia. [2]

A number of foldout Vono beds are available for children's dormitories if necessary.
 

 
The main flat bedroom has three single beds; the second has one single bed and the third has one double bed. All these bedrooms share the same bathroom facility. There is an upstairs sitting room and downstairs kitchen. [6]
